Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery. Same-day cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Because baked goods are perishable, all sales are final once delivered or picked up. Refunds may be granted only for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items
  • Quality issues with photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery or pickup

No Returns on Food Items

Food items cannot be returned.
